100 South was established in the early 1990's as a staple "Chicago style" Chop House located in Elmhurst,IL. The owners were looking for a fresh update and renovation due to the changing demographics of the community and today's dining experiences. Two polar opposite concepts were proposed..... An upscale sports bar zoned for families and adults, and a high end lounge catering to the late 20's to mid 40's demographic.

The first concept... upscale sports bar communal dating that focused around a centralized bar to allow customers to mingle and see and be seen. There is also a family area to allow the family market sector to enjoy a fun dining experience.

The second concept... high end lounge that relates to the early 1900's where speakeasy meets bordello. Waitress adorned in corsets, unique chandeliers embellish the ceilings and flowing tapestry create intimate spaces.

Both concepts allow for minimal infrastructure to the existing layout with maximum impact.
