Yu's Mandarin is a 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant that is in need of a renovation. We propose to update the entry and modify the overall layout of the space for more efficient functionality. A sushi bar and dining area will be added and the large party room will have the ability to be divided into three maximum change for minimu, cost.
